I understand and acknowledge the following:
- Ceramic coatings require regular, proper maintenance washing to perform as intended — this includes ceramic-safe products, correct technique, and consistent frequency.
- Improper care — automated tunnel washes, incompatible soaps, infrequent washing, or harsh chemicals — can degrade the coating prematurely, reduce its gloss and hydrophobic (water-beading) performance, and shorten its effective lifespan.
- I am choosing not to enroll in the Maintenance Program at this time, and will be maintaining the coating on my own or through a provider other than Gleam Detail.
- Because Gleam Detail has no ability to verify or control how the coating is maintained going forward, Gleam Detail cannot guarantee the coating's performance, appearance, or longevity, and any coating warranty terms tied to regular professional maintenance may be affected.
- By signing below, I release Gleam Detail from liability or responsibility for coating degradation, reduced performance, or warranty claims that result from a lack of regular, proper maintenance following this decision.
- I understand I may enroll in the Maintenance Program at a later date by contacting Gleam Detail, though the discounted annual rate is only available at the time of vehicle pickup.
