By booking any service with MobiGleam, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Scope of Service – No Guaranteed Remediation

MobiGleam provides automotive detailing and cosmetic cleaning services only. We do not represent or guarantee the complete removal, remediation, neutralization, or elimination of hazardous, biological, or harmful substances, including but not limited to:

  • Mold or mildew

  • Drug residue (including but not limited to marijuana, methamphetamine, fentanyl, cocaine, or related substances)

  • Rodent infestation, rodent waste, urine, nesting materials, or related contaminants

  • Bacteria, biohazards, bodily fluids, or airborne particulates

While reasonable efforts may be made to clean, reduce odors, and improve appearance, no outcome is guaranteed and complete remediation is expressly disclaimed.

2. No Mold, Drug, or Biohazard Certification

MobiGleam is not a licensed mold remediation, biohazard remediation, or hazardous-materials abatement company. Services performed do not constitute certified remediation, environmental testing, clearance testing, or compliance with EPA, OSHA, CDC, or state biohazard standards.

3. Health & Safety Acknowledgment

The customer understands that vehicles with suspected or known contamination may still pose health risks before, during, and after service. MobiGleam is not responsible for any illness, allergic reaction, exposure, or health condition that may arise from the presence of such contaminants.

4. Limitation of Liability

The customer waives and releases MobiGleam, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, losses, or liability related to:

  • Incomplete removal of mold, drugs, rodent contamination, or odors

  • Reappearance of odors, stains, or biological residue

  • Health effects or vehicle resale consequences

  • Insurance, dealership, or third-party inspection findings

5. Disclosure Requirement

The customer agrees to fully disclose any known or suspected contamination prior to service. Failure to disclose may result in:

  • Immediate service termination

  • Additional fees

  • Refusal of service with no obligation to complete work

6. Recommendation for Specialized Remediation

For vehicles requiring guaranteed removal, certification, or testing, the customer acknowledges that specialized licensed remediation providers may be required, and that detailing services alone may be insufficient.
